All transactions on koi4d are processed in Indonesian Rupiah. Minimum deposit is Rp 25.000; minimum withdrawal is Rp 50.000. Payouts to verified accounts are processed within 5–15 minutes.

koi4d may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without being required to provide a reason. Registration does not guarantee access to all features — certain services, including high-value withdrawals, may require completion of the KYC process before becoming available.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. koi4d will never ask you for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. You must not share your credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

koi4d accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. No other payment methods are currently supported.
koi4d does not charge a fee for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose their own transaction charges, for which koi4d bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time from your koi4d Account dashboard. All withdrawals are processed in Indonesian Rupiah to a payment method registered in your own name — the same name as the registered koi4d Account.
koi4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible Users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to: the wagering requirement multiplier, the qualifying games or markets, the minimum odds restrictions (for sportsbook bonuses), the expiry period, and the maximum withdrawal amount attributable to bonus-derived winnings.

All bets placed on the koi4d Platform are subject to the product-specific rules published within each game or betting vertical. In the event of any conflict between product-specific rules and these Terms, the product-specific rules shall take precedence for that product only.

In-play markets close automatically at defined intervals. koi4d reserves the right to suspend or cancel any market if it becomes aware of irregular activity, integrity concerns, or data feed errors. Settled bets will not ordinarily be reversed except in cases of manifest error or confirmed match irregularity.
Live Casino: Game outcomes are determined by certified live dealer procedures and independently audited random number generation where applicable. No bet may be placed after the dealer has announced "no more bets." Disconnection during a live game round does not void a confirmed bet — the result stands as announced by the dealer.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the koi4d Platform. Engaging in any Prohibited Activity — whether attempted or completed — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action:

All content on the koi4d Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and audio-visual elements — is the intellectual property of koi4d or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal recreational purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publish, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of koi4d. Unauthorised use of koi4d's intellectual property will be pursued under applicable intellectual property law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, koi4d's total aggregate liability to you — whether in contract, tort (including negligence), statutory duty, or otherwise — arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the net amount deposited by you in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause prevents koi4d from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent ongoing Prohibited Activity.
